There's nothing quite like being profiled by your home town paper! Do I still want to become mayor of a small town someday? We shall see. In the meantime, I'm plenty happy writing about good things to eat, including the seafood at Agate Pass Cafe in Suquamish. 

"Brewer calls [Seafood Lover's Pacific Northwest] “a guide book to all the iconic, quirky and great seafood restaurants throughout Washington, Oregon and British Columbia.” The book, which also features recipes, is now in its second printing.

“It was super fun to put together,” said Brewer, a 1996 South Kitsap High School graduate. “It’s kind of astounding when you get beyond the beaten track how many great experiences there are out there."
